These last 6 weeks have shown the breadth of what Hazel Twig can get up to.
I helped in the Storytelling tent at Cliff College festival, where whilst telling stories we offered a hospitable space for all ages. I also performed ‘Chosen’ as part of the festival, to a very responsive audience.
We have been providing weekly classes in drama at a school and for little ones as Twiggy’s Messy Play.
Last week I led Godly Play Sessions for 3 years groups in a local primary school, over 2 days- the wondering was fabulous to see.
The last week has been rehearsing the new one woman show ‘The Disappearance of Elsie Grey’. To get ready to perform as a work in progress show next Saturday, as part of Birmingham Fest. With the feedback that the audience give, it will hopefully make an entertaining show for audiences to explore how we support someone with dementia.
And today, I am popping up to Sheffield to perform ‘Chosen’ which is still available to book.
Oh, and I have started a monthly story sharing group which is happening on Monday!
So busy, busy, busy! Which is also fun, fun ,fun!
